NAPA addresses House of Commons Justice Select Committee
On behalf of NAPA, Andrew Bridges was recently invited to address a House of Commons Justice Select Committee on the broad subject of “offender accommodation”. This took place on Tuesday 9 th December and involved describing, from a ‘provider’s perspective’ what ‘CAS1’ meant, both in principle and in practice.
